I do not have the Syn skills, and am using a level 100 Kains (taming) so Rav won’t help raise the bar.
I have been doing this since Ch11, it requires basically nothing except 3 TP, and if you don’t have a level 3 weap, a Brave/Faith/Haste spray.
Mine takes 1:15 – 1:17 seconds.
Just put Imperil, slow, deprotect and deshell on him. Then change to syn to use haste and Bravera then quickly change to Rav to fill the chain faster. Once staggered, go for the com.
